Analytics and Interaction

Computed reference lines and bands: analytics={[{ kind: "line", value: "mean" }]} on any cartesian container, ScatterChart (both axes) and DistributionChart.

Drag a rectangle or draw a lasso over points, bars or cells: selectionGestures={["rect", "lasso"]} plus onSelectionIntent.

Select a run of values by dragging along an axis: selectionGestures={["range"]}.

Three charts on one selection: a lasso in the scatter or a click in the bars goes to createLocalSelectionDriver(), and every chart paints the result through selectionStates — selected, excluded (dimmed) or associated.

Trend lines (linear, log, exp, pow, polynomial, loess), rolling windows (mean, median, sum, min, max, exponential), additive Holt-Winters forecasts with a prediction band, and per-datum error bars — analytics={[{ kind: "trend", model: { poly: 3 } }]} and friends.
